At Easy Covers, we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly so customers can receive their car accessories as soon as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business day after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotions, supplier delays, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any major delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Cost

We offer standard shipping through Australia Post, Australia-wide on eligible orders.

If any paid express shipping option is available at checkout, the shipping cost will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is usually:

Australia: approximately 2–4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier network.

Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Products on Display in Store

Some Easy Covers products may be displayed in our physical shop or showroom for customers to view before placing an order.

These products may not always be available for immediate purchase or same-day collection from the shop. If a product is marked as on display in store, it means the product can be viewed in person and then ordered for delivery.

Customers can visit our shop to view selected products and place an order. Once the order is placed, the product will be processed and sent directly to the customer’s nominated delivery address.

In some cases, customers may also request delivery to the shop for collection, where available.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Easy Covers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery costs may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the delivery provider.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

Product Availability

Most Easy Covers products are available to order online. If a product is temporarily unavailable, delayed, or on backorder, we will contact you with an update.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, alternative product, or refund.

Easy Covers currently offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items, provided the item meets the return conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
